Refund policy
At Chloe + Lois, we strive to provide an elevated shopping experience for every customer. If you need assistance regarding your order, please contact our Customer Care team at care@chloeandlois.com. Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response. Our standard business hours are Monday–Thursday, 10 AM EST–3 PM EST.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
- Order Number (begins with CL)
- Details regarding your return, exchange, or concern
- Photos of damage (if applicable)
- Full Name
- Shipping Address
Jewelry Returns
All jewelry returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, including product cards, boxes, and velvet bags.
Full-price jewelry items are eligible for a refund minus:
- Original shipping charges
- An $8 restocking fee
- Orders over $100 are subject to a $10 restocking fee
Customers who choose store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method will have the standard $8 restocking fee waived.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and final sale. Items marked SALE or FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. SALE merchandise may be eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise stated.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 24–48 business hours. A refund confirmation email will be sent once completed.
Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds officially appear in your account. Chloe + Lois cannot expedite bank processing times once a refund has been issued.
Exchanges + Damaged Items
Chloe + Lois only replaces items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact care@chloeandlois.com with detailed information and photos, if applicable.
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend adding tracking and/or shipping insurance to all return packages. Chloe + Lois is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit and cannot guarantee carrier shipping timelines once a package has been transferred to USPS or another carrier.
Apparel Returns
All apparel returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued for apparel purchases.
Apparel returns and exchanges must be completed within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and free of makeup, wear, or damage.
Store credit will be issued once the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
