Domestic Shipping

All Chloe + Lois orders ship directly from our New York office Monday–Friday. Processing and shipping times may vary by product and season. Chloe + Lois reserves the right to modify shipping schedules at any time without notice.

Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Chloe + Lois is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or carrier-marked delivered packages once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Shipping insurance may be available for purchase at checkout.

While we are always happy to assist in locating a package, we do not have access to tracking information beyond what is provided directly by the carrier.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including delays caused by the carrier, transit damage, weather, or delivery-related issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Chloe + Lois is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to reship the order.


Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact care@chloeandlois.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging and/or merchandise

 

Carrier & Delivery Disclaimer

Estimated shipping and delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier estimates do not include order processing times and may not account for weekends, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, service interruptions, or non-shipping business days.

All shipping policies, delivery timelines, liability limitations, and shipping-related terms apply to all shipping methods and carriers selected at checkout, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Chloe + Lois is also not responsible for international duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international shipments.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather-related delays, lost packages, damaged packages, returned packages, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or carrier-marked delivered packages.

Refunds will not be issued for expedited shipping services once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
