All Chloe + Lois jewelry is designed to be loved for years to come, and is skillfully crafted from high quality 925 Sterling silver. All 14k Gold and Rose Gold pieces are plated over Sterling silver with rhodium plating to ensure that pieces keep their high shine. 

Chloe + Lois is proud to offer a 2 year warranty on all jewelry. This 2 year warranty protects against normal wear and also against manufacturing errors. 

All jewelry will be replaced for free within the two year window. In the event that the item in question is discontinued, a CHLOE + LOIS gift card will be issued for purchase value. Customer is responsible for paying shipping on all replacements.

Two year warranty goes into effect on the date of sale. If item is not purchased on chloeandlois.com, proof of purchase in the form of a receipt must be submitted for a replacement.

We recommend removing all of your Chloe + Lois jewelry before showering and do not expose your jewelry to any oils, lotions or perfumes.

When not wearing, store your jewelry in a air tight plastic bag and box. If oxidation occurs, gently buff away with a sterling silver polishing cloth or mixture of mild dish detergent and water to restore to a shiny finish.
