WARRANTY INFORMATION
All Chloe + Lois jewelry is designed to be loved for years to come, and is skillfully crafted from high quality 925 Sterling silver. All 14k Gold and Rose Gold pieces are plated over Sterling silver with rhodium plating to ensure that pieces keep their high shine.
At Chloe + Lois, our top priority is ensuring your satisfaction as our valued customer, and we are dedicated to bringing joy to every purchase you make. Chloe + Lois is proud to offer a 2 year warranty on all jewelry. This 2 year warranty protects against normal wear and also against manufacturing errors. Two year warranty goes into effect on the date of purchase. All jewelry will be replaced for free within the two year window.
RETIRED DESIGNS:
In the event that the item in question is retired, a CHLOE + LOIS gift card will be issued for purchase value with a valid proof of purchase.

If your purchase was made on chloeandlois.com, we will have record of your purchase.
ITEMS PURCHASED OUTSIDE OF CHLOEANDLOIS.COM AND AT RETAIL PARTNERS:
If item is not purchased on chloeandlois.com, proof of purchase in the form of a receipt must be submitted for a replacement. No replacements will be issued without proper documentation of purchase price and date.
SHIPPING:
Customer is responsible for paying $8 for the cost of shipping the replacement piece AND for the return of the damage for recycling. An invoice will be sent through chloeandlois.com and once the invoice is paid in full a replacement will be sent out.
